Default Reheat your pizza in a cast iron skillet

It seems stupid to post here about pizza, but someone just turned me on to this idea and it's so good I have to pass it on. If you have leftover pizza, try reheating it in a cast iron skillet. Use low heat to keep the crust from burning.

No kidding, I thought it tasted better than the pizza did when it first came out of the oven. Funny what a difference the method of heating can make.

Not to hijack but Whole Foods has really good pizza. May get some to try, to try this, if the pizza last long enough to get cold.

As far as frozen pizza goes, I like Safeway's new Chicken Carbonara.

I might have to try reheating pizza in cast iron...I spent a paycheck recently replacing all my junky Walmart pots and pans with Le Creuset cast iron.

A baking stone works great for reheating pizza, too. Crust comes out really nice, not overcooked or anything.

We've broken every baking stone we've ever had. We love using them, but always do it wrong and break them.
