I propose that they pass a law that says the Public Officials MUST stay 10,000 feet away from my firearms at all times.
To make them aware I will shout at all times "I have a gun"!

I find these attempts at law making disgusting, I'm sure Nutso Mcghee's always apply for their CCW before they conceal them en route to their rampage, and follow no-gun zone laws, and never commit crimes like attempted murder right? Something must be done (just not what these clowns ever suggest).
Simple solution...
Make .gov officials live in large, luxurious, private enclaves guarded by security 24-7...

What a joke..
This law would not prevent any crimes from occurring, it would only create more "crime." Simply criminalizing carrying a gun within 1000ft does not solve any problems. IF someone is carrying a gun knowingly and plans to use it for harm, this law proposal does nothing for prevention of gun crimes. Not to mention its a stepping stone of our rights becoming terminated.
This is politics at its purist form..
