I see this under 9-7-103. Definitions section 3: "but shall not mean the components for handloading rifle, pistol, and shotgun ammunition and/or rifle, pistol, and shotgun ammunition."

And this part " A person commits a class 6 felony if, without legal authority, he has any loaded firearm" a CCW is legal authority, correct?

I dont see anything in statue 8-12-105.5 Unlawfully Carrying A Concealed Weapon - Unlawful Possession Of Weapons - that says its not allowed on public transportation. I am starting to think its just a policy they want to make people think it is illegal when its not. Maybe denver has a law against it that I am not seeing.

under 18-12-214 does not restrict this as well. i think its a local denver or county thing.
