    Default New from Parker

Howdy, everyone. Just got my first AR-15 for Christmas (S&W M&P-15) and thought it was time to sign up. Also look forward to being part of a Colorado-based forum. I see there's a lot more to the forum than just AR-15's. I was just reading through a long, fascinating discussion on Colorado knife law. Should be fun!

    Welcome.

My recommendation: Sell the gun as quickly as possible. AR's are an addiction. First it's just one, then a second, then you're mod'ing them out. Next thing you know, you're into this addiction for many thousands of dollars.

^^^^ this, and at some point, you will buy an optic/mount that will cost over half what you paid for your AR, ask me how I know (twice already Aimpoint/Eotech).

Actually, as soon as I got my AR, I put my Mini-14 up for consignment sale. I always wanted an AR, but settled for the Mini back when the AWB was still in effect and AR's were more than I could afford.
