Do they make the Glock 27 with a rail?

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has seen a G27 subcompact with the tac rail?

I recently went through multiple conversations in local stores about whether or not the G30 can be purchased with a rail, and got the same response at each, laughter followed by "they don't make a G30 with a rail", and then the usual, that guy must be an idiot treatment. Having seen them with a rail, I just kept looking until I got to the Firing Line where I was again told the same thing, only to point out to them that they had one on display in the case. I took it home with me that day and am quite pleased.

I'd like to find out if anyone has seen a G27 with a rail or knows whether or not it even exists.

I have never seen one, I looked around for one for a while before I got my 32c but that was over a year ago, they may now.

i guess the compacts now do come with rails.

Yes at least some of them do come w/rails. Thanks for the link to the string either way. Actually, that string was about the G30 that I picked up.

Still wondering if anyone has any info on the G27 having a rail or if this is not yet an option?

AFAIK there is no factorgy G27 with a rail, might want to ask at glocktalk.com

The 29 and the 30 now have rails. The 19/27 frame isn't long enough to support rails.

That's the conclusion that I have been quickly coming to.

I still want a 27 though. I've got a 22 that I really like, but I want to trade it for a 27.

I had a 27. I like them. Look hard at the 23 before you buy a 27. If you put a one or two shot extension on the 27 its as long as a 23. The 23 has a rail.

I can hide my 19 as well as I could my 27. In some applications the 27 would be better, but for the most part its not harder to hide the 23.
