Had he shot the old guy holding the gun, it would have been very bad for our cause and I'm immensely thankful that didn't happen.
However I don't think it was a wise move to get hands on with the old guy, at least not while armed.
I saw a video online of an interview with Zamudio, I didn't like it. He cried, and the whole piece was geared to make gun owners look weak.
the antis are already claiming concealed carry doesn't work. as usual they ignore the facts. the guy was nearby when cueball started shooting, but wasn't in a position to help immediately.
if nobody had tackled the shooter and he had been able to reload, Zamudio would have been right where he needed to be try and stop the threat.
I know what if's are stupid, but this is one that's most likely being ignored by the media.
