    Build the fence a 100 yards inside the USA border with auto turrets to take out anything that moves within the 100 yrds. Ya - to many video games made me this way.

    Rather than 'auto turrets', just put an on-line video game up that allows users to connect to a turret, and target them...
    (what you save on targeting systems you'd spend on ammo very quickly)

    but given the current political climate, I think the "Superstorm" is more likely than "the great wall of USA"

    Shards on teh top reminds me of the wall surrounding Osan AB.

    Now if you took this and made it a monthly subscription service like Comcast, you could get it to pay for itself. Just make sure you put a per-day cap on the # of rounds each subscriber can expend, or make more rounds an extra-charge option...

    One could only hope for a 'superstorm' in California...I'm still waiting for the massive earthquake that's been predicted to make L.A. and SF fall into the ocean....lol
