This guy and his "crew" deserve very very bad things to happen to him/them.

While it is horrible and this guy deserves some severe surgery himself, I have to wonder who is getting abortions at a place like this by a guy named Dr. Kermit

I can't type words that express what I felt, as I read this story.

We probably wouldn't want to hear a honest answer to that question.

It's frightening to think about what a cold human being this guy is. Really, what kind of person uses scissors to kill new born babies?!? F'n nuts. It's probably just the tip of the iceberg too.

    Excellent point-
Who is the bigger criminal-This Dr. or the Tuscon Trigger boy?
While Trigger Boy was deranged I think the Dr. was just evil.

Were abortions legal in this state since 1979?

I'm disgusted. The man that did it and those that knew about it deserve as terrible a punishment as possible. Drawn and quartered?

This. I can't think of words to describe this kind of sick. Of course, I will readily admit that I don't understand how a doctor (excluding the subject of this thread) can balance abortions with his hippocratic oath. What happened to "do no harm"? This one takes it to new extremes.

You are right, too much focus on the Dr. A person doesn't just get away with something like this for thirty years, without some "unaffiliated" party/parties, not turning a blind eye. There are plenty of folks at the local and state level involved with a Physicians private practice.
