Trading Post Rules Changes. [Effective: 01SEP18]

After extensive consideration, the Site Staff has decided to make the following changes to the Rules of the Trading Post which are effective immediately:

1. The following rule has been removed/replaced:
You must list in any ads for a firearm (or anything considered to be a firearm, e.g. a lower) that an FFL transfer is required. You are encouraged to offer up for suggestion an FFL that you are willing to use for the transfer, but this is not required and may be negotiated during the sale negotiations.

This rule has been replaced with:
By participating in the Trading Post you acknowledge that all applicable local, state, federal laws will be followed.


2. The rule requiring that a Trade Value must be included has been removed. While the inclusion of a trade value is still encouraged as a means of helping both a buyer and seller determine an equitable trade, this requirement is no longer mandatory. Specified prices for items is still required - no auctioning/"best offer" listings \.
