I honestly have to ask: Is anyone actually reading the rules? I ask this because nowhere does it say that these rules are "NEW", yet so many of you post that you agree to the"new rules of the Trading Post".

Are you acknowledging these rules with your own words or just copying what someone else has posted in this thread?

I find the repetition of this error rather frustrating and discouraging.

This is the second post which has the word “NEW”
Since the Terms and Conditions (Rules) were updated this would be considered as New, Updated, or whatever words you would like to use.

[MOD: Thank you for calling attention to that post (which is almost 6 years old now). The Terms & Conditions as identified in this thread have been in place since before a good number of members here joined the site.

I have commented on that thread appropriately so as to cease this foolish use of "new" in acknowledgements.]
