Twanging stock.

I've shot countless AR's and never had one make a sound like the one I just changed stocks on. I put on an Ace stock and every shot you feel/hear the twaaaaaaaang of the spring. I have the same stock on another rifle and never had an issue.

Ideas?

A little bit of grease on the spring will quiet it down a bunch.

Apply the grease around her mouth, so the duct tape doesn't hurt as much when you pull it off.

Wow, remember the faster you can pull the tape the less it hurts, also don't use duct tape to bind the hands it rips to easily
