keep the people down and those in the enforcement will be the hardest hit. people are also probably losing it due to no job, no money, poor economy, rising prices due to inflation, anger at the .gov, anger at the world, personal issues like divorces due to the economic situation etc etc.

people finally lose it when it becomes too much. it is very sad the cops are getting shot and being the first line of defense.
