The rules are simple. Every time one of the following phrases is uttered, you take a drink. Anything alcoholic qualifies as a drink.

"Change" 1 shot
"Hopeful Audacity" or "Yes we can change" 1 shot
"Progress" 1 sip of Thunderbird wine
"Let me be clear" 1 shot of Wild Turkey
"Make no mistake" 1 shot of Jack Daniels
"Civility" Smile falsely while taking 1 shot of your choice
