No, no. The lines through it means the sign is no longer in effect and they are typically also gray. For example a sign on an autobahn with 120 and three lines through it means the 120kmh speed limit no longer applies.

My favorit sign is the blacn gray sign with three stripes on an autobahn. MEan "go for it"!!
