Vet Plates and ALL Military based plates all only with a DD214.
Discounted instead of a Premium.
I have already paid enough, Some of my Brothers and Sisters have paid even more.

DV Plates are FREE For one. but I think they should be free for any vehicle registered to the disabled veteran at his address.
My Mother Often drives my Father to appointments, why wouldn't he get to have a DV plate on her car as well?
