Default My dog, The big,bad bully of the dog park.

I take Dozer to the dog park, He's playing fetch, about the only thing He ever wants to do. Anyway, here is a husky running around, putting the bully moves on every smaller dog He can. I'll mention at this point He is slightly bigger than Dozer. Dozer is chasing the the ball and just as He gets to it, the husky take a be line on him, running from about 20 yrds away, Dozer must have seen him coming at the last moment before contact, I could see him brace up a little.

Next thing I know, the husky is lying on his back, with Dozer standing over him. The owner of the husky comes running up, and says; "About time You got smacked down" I guess the husky had been doing all day to the smaller dogs.

All I could do was laugh and show Dozer the ball and he let the husky up and went after the ball.

Moral of the story; Don't mess with Dozer when He's playing fetch.

With the name 'Dozer' I wouldn't expect anything less. Good thing the other dog owner new his dog needed to be put in his place.

When I was a kid and I used to visit my grandparents at their lake cabin, there was an old Honda 50 that had belonged to my dad.

I used to ride that up and down the gravel road. There was always this big lab-mix that chased me. Scared the heck out of me.

One day I took our big male german shepherd with me. He's running along side me, when this lab-mix comes after me at a dead run.

It was pretty awesome. My dog intercepted him. Took him completely by surprise. Hit him at about the shoulder. This dog went rolling over and over. Finally gets up on his feet, and takes off with my dog right behind it. Runs to the end of a dock, jumps in, and swims out.

That dog never chased me again!
