Sorta like your misspelling of "maby" in the post giving him a hard time about his spelling???? ( perhaps you meant "maybe"?)

    HEH

Sorry had to point it out... I'm mean like that .

for a 8'th grade dropout that gets spelling advise from my 9 year old, and to boot I just got home from my grandmothers funeral when I posted that, i'm shocked I only had one word spelled wrong.

Plus, if I could get the verizon to work, then I could get the iphone and or droid and ditch my home internet service and voip.

    HBAR,

We had one installed in my bosses house, cause he was in an little valley that just lost all cell coverage.. the antenna was mounted along an eve in the roof, which apparently gets good signal... so now his phone works at home better than at the office. We even put a stronger one in the office and it works wonders.. while there are still spots that signal is weak due to electrical interference.. it totally fixed the several dead areas prior.

It only works by boosting the existing signal, so if you are too far out and that's the reason you don't get a signal, I would think you'll be SOL.. get up on your roof and see if you get signal (i know you probably can't get up there but..) It's worth a try.
