    Default Well done, unfortunately

All the statements he made were picture perfect.

All the statements mommy made were the same old stupid shit, "my baby couldn't be a bad person".

    How do I know?

My mother was the same way... I KNOW I wasn't the nicest guy when I was younger, but mom always said I was.

oh yeah, I'm mexican too. It's a cultural thing for the lamentation of "what he deserved"...

Yeah, he DESERVED a home upbringing that taught him to be a human being, and not a thug.

He DESERVED a mother and father that refused to let him hang out with other thugs.

He DESERVED to have his uncles and cousins kick his ass when he messed up (like I did) so that he could get on an honest MAN'S path.

what I figure he got was much less.

Oh, I love the newsies statement about the Taurus Judge being named for the gun that judge's like to keep in a courtroom.

I guess by that standard, the Bushmaster is named for the snake that people like to keep under their beds.

HA! They couldn't be any stupider if they worked for the NY Times.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Reporter BRIAN MAASS for not using words "assault weapon" etc, and actually taking his time and search what that "Taurus Judje" is.

    Good shot.

Is there a single judge that actually carries that gun in a court room? I doubt it.

I want to know why the parents aren't being charged in connection to their minor child in unlawful possession of a firearm.

Why aren't the Parent's being charged with anything?

I agree. How about the victim suing the minor's parent(s)?

excellent shoot. too bad he didn't get the other two little fuckers.

others have mentioned it, but has it ever happened: victim sues the family of the criminal or against the estate of the criminal.

in a car accident the victim can come after you, all your possessions, etc etc for damages.

what about for home invasion? make a bigger impact that it won't just be risk of losing life, but everything you and your family ever worked for. you put it all at risk driving around or just doing things in daily life, I think it should apply when you break into someones home.
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

Absolutely agree with this sentiment - why should the victim of such crimes be out thousands of dollars?

Plus as someone mentioned... with MINOR in possession of firearm, parent(s) should be able to be partially responsible. Start making some of these loser parents who don't care wake up and raise their kids properly.
