ab boyz" with a set of quads and lat development that they could never achieve...right? Assuming you established that as a goal. Example, I will never have killer lats, bone structure, fiber density, etc., never gonna get there but...all I have to do is look at a barbell and my traps grow insanely...go figure. Work with what you got man...
