    Default German Shorthair Adoption Feeler

Recently my wife and I rescued a neglected German Shorthair Pointer from a bad situation in Kansas. She is almost 2 years old and an absolute beautiful dog. We've gotten her house trained and loves to be around our kids and other two dogs. We're just thinking 3 bird dogs is too many to give them all equal love. Not sure if were ready to give her up, but are looking for a possible GOOD home for her, where she can live INSIDE and have a family to love her. She's pretty good on birds as well, I used her a few times this past season on Pheasant and Quail and she did well. She loves the fields. We've had her for a few months and is house broke with a doggy door, likes to go for rides, and is no longer affraid of men. Very sweet and gentle. I'll post some pics of her soon, but she is White & liver, with lot's of small black dots. If interested send me a PM and we'll talk.

Well Good luck man, I would but I have 4 boy dogs and they would drive her nuts! I'll keep an ear out as well.

    I Wish I Could.
I miss having a dog around, but in my apartment it would be cruel.

Hoping you find a good home for a good friend.

Man, if I didn't already have 4 labs, I'd give her a great home. I'll keep my ears open for ya.

do you think my wife would notice a dog in the house?

my kids and I have been wanting one, but the work involved with training a puppy has kept us from having one. maybe an adult dog is the answer. . . .
