I have an old Rohm Model 66 I'd like to get re-blued/restored. I know it's considered the bottom of the barrel when it comes to revolvers but this was the first gun my Dad ever bought for himself. It has a lot of sentimental value that far outweighs the pistol's worth, or lack of in this case, and I'd love to get it restored for him. It functions fine, it's just ugly. The bluing has worn off in places, the front sight post is jury-rigged and the plastic grips are warped. What local gunsmiths would you guys recommend?
