He asked. I didn't declare what it was but wasn't going to lie. I think there is a FedEx reg, not at all enforced about disabling. I'm sure if Mr Jackass-Behind-The-Counter tried that with a large account he'd be unemployed. I got CMP guns from FedEx and when I had my FFL, I got from both UPS & FedEx, obviously, whoever was bidding lower. I don't ever lie about what is in the boxes since in case of lost or stolen that could be bad.
