Representatives from some Wyoming police groups have testified at committee hearings against allowing concealed carry without a permit. They've said it could encourage dangerous people to carry guns who wouldn't be able to pass a background check under the state's existing concealed-carry permit system.

So the police groups think NOT passing this law (i.e., NOT following the COTUS) will keep criminals from being criminals? If someone can't pass a background check, there's a reason for it. I'll bet "dangerous people" is not clearly defined in any state statute, i.e., extremely subjective in it's definition and application. They'd be breaking the law either way.

Either we are citizens or we are subjects....I'll opt for the former and face any challanges that may come with it.
