THE PROB WITH GRASSLANDS ASIDE FROM OBVIOUS WEATHER DANGERS IS THAT ALOT OF IT IS ACUTALLY LEASED TO PRIVATE PARTYS AS PRIVATE RANGE AND GRAZING LAND..SO EVEN IF THE MAP SAYS ITS IN BLM, IT CAN BE PRIVATE LAND...UNDER LEASE... YOU NEED TO CHECK WITH THE BLM ON ANY AREAS YOU DEEM YOUR GOING TO HUNT..AND MAKE SURE.. BECUASE IT ALL LOOKS THE SAME OUT THERE... YOU MAY NEED A GOOD GPS..

BLM land is your land. It is not like state land that is leased. State land that is leased is just like an apartment...it is the renters castle (You better not hunt there as the renter pretty much "owns" the rights to the property.

Again, BLM land is open to hunting.
