No, there is no specific statutory or regulatory requirement that damage be evaluated by the DOW prior to the beginning of any control work.

You must have missed that part that says for damage control call this # you might want to call it. Once again do as you wish its your hunting rights not mine. [wink]

They are a protected species west of I25 and most of the counties along the front range have banned hunting them as well.

Um...actually they are fair game west of I-25, the only restrictions are East of I-25 an the outlined counties in the regs which include Pueblo County..... :cry:
