    No, there is no specific statutory or regulatory requirement that damage be evaluated by the DOW prior to the beginning of any control work.
    You must have missed that part that says for damage control call this # you might want to call it. Once again do as you wish its your hunting rights not mine. [wink]

    , the only restrictions are East of I-25 an the outlined counties in the regs which include Pueblo County..... :cry:

    HunterCo, You spelled it out in your quote from the DOW site...some people just confuse east and west, I understand.
    I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.
