check her over for lumps, especially near the lymph nodes around the neck and near the back legs. vets almost always accept walk ins, you just might have to wait for a bit. or you can take her to an emergency vet.
Yeah i may take her to a emergency vet, however I mixed some wet dog food with baby food and she ate about half the bowl, maybe a cup worth, Im almost certain she has somthing wrong with her mouth, poor thing screams like hell when i try to look, she will need sedated to look, I think she is to weak to handle it though, thanks guys.
seriously, If your pup is in that bad of a shape, call your vet back and explain that she needs to be seen today.
If they refuse, find a new Vet.
Screaming when a her mouth is touched seems significant to me but I'm not a vet. Dogs, as they age get all sorts of tooth and gum problems. An infection/abcess could make it super tender and hard to eat. I think your vet should see her today since this qualifies as an emergency, even in Saudi Arabia.

might be a tooth problem. not wanting to eat because of the pain. lack of food and water will cause the dizziness/lack or coordination. won't let you look at her mouth is a solid sign as well.
I would try to get her in today to at least get a good amount of water in her.
+1 on getting her seen today, my dogs are members of the family and as such will be seen as soon as possable. My one boy had pulled his jaw muscle and did simmilar things. But it could be her teeth as well. take her in during business hours because trust me you don't want to pay for after hours care.
