seriously, If your pup is in that bad of a shape, call your vet back and explain that she needs to be seen today.
If they refuse, find a new Vet.

Screaming when a her mouth is touched seems significant to me but I'm not a vet. Dogs, as they age get all sorts of tooth and gum problems. An infection/abcess could make it super tender and hard to eat. I think your vet should see her today since this qualifies as an emergency, even in Saudi Arabia.
Steve
might be a tooth problem. not wanting to eat because of the pain. lack of food and water will cause the dizziness/lack or coordination. won't let you look at her mouth is a solid sign as well.
I would try to get her in today to at least get a good amount of water in her.
My sympathies BC... right there w/ ya, my pup's struggling too.
The wobbling can be from all kinds of stuff... thyroid imbalance, inner ear, pain...
I agree about getting her in today if possible, best of luck and healing wishes sent!
+1 on getting her seen today, my dogs are members of the family and as such will be seen as soon as possable. My one boy had pulled his jaw muscle and did simmilar things. But it could be her teeth as well. take her in during business hours because trust me you don't want to pay for after hours care.

It's in Englewood, Hampden and Santa Fe. I know because our pooch will be getting her first visit with the oncologist.
Joy and pain just seem to be flip sides of the same coin.
there is a walk in vet at parker and orchard that i have used when the puppy got bit on the ear by another dog

If you can't open you dogs mouth it probably has a tooth abscess in one of its jaw teeth.
Get some ora gel and tub on the dogs gums. Really swab it down it might make the dog comfortable till you can get it to the doctor
