It seems as though somebody on this forum should know the foolishness of cursing and threatening someone without knowing who or what they are threatening. The comments Byte made are a real concern for anybody with firearms or a carry permit.

Additionally, making judgments about one's ability or experience based on chatter in an on-line forum seams pretty stupid!

It's always "stay right except to pass" but threatening someone over it is a real concern.

pitting a vehicle isn't exactly a threat... ask any PD. it is a means to disable or move a vehicle. I wasn't the one that brought up firearms, that would have been MED.


I Just get the jaws about these self important transplants that think its OK to do what they see as right and there are no other options.

Oh, STFU! I agree with Byte, too. There's a word for driver's who drive in the left lane and intentionally don't move over for faster traffic. It starts with "c" and ends with "sucker". And if you do that, you are that.

You are not the self-appointed "left lane police".
You are not more important than anyone else.
You're breaking the law the same as someone who wants to exceed the speed limit so you're no better than they are. Stop trying to rationalize why you are.
You're also a moron if you can't read and heed traffic control devices that say:

• KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS
• SLOWER TRAFFIC USE RIGHT LANE

But, don't worry...you're not alone.

Q: How fucking hard is it to check your right side mirror, flip your turn signal up, and steer your vehicle one lane to the right, wait for faster traffic to pass, then do the opposite to move back into the left lane?
A: Not very fucking hard but it's obviously got you, and those other c***suckers like you, very baffled.

I just drove across country pulling a trailer with my Jetta. I went 68 mph (2500 RPM for best torque) all the way. I passed people then got over to the right lane so people who wanted to go faster then me could pass me. It did not hurt my feelings when someone wanted to go 80. And a few passed me going at least 90. Eh, their gas money. Hell I got passed 3 times in one state by a F250 pulling a trailer, I think he had to keep stopping to fill up.
