Default anyone know where some good graffiti is between denver and loveland?

Looking to take some pictures with some "cool looking" graffiti in the background.

old, broken down building . . . able top drive up to it would make it even better than perfect.

I know this may be asking a lot, but I prefer it to be in a "safe" area, I'd like not to get shot at while taking pictures

I'm looking to take pictures of my cobra, and a buddy's porsche 356 against this backdrop. . . thanks

There is a graffiti mural on some old buildings in Longmont on the south side of 3rd Street near the intersection of 3rd and (I think) Martin Street. I don't know if there is "tagging" graffiti there if that is what you are looking for, it is more of a mural.

this might not help , but then again it might . when heading south on i-25 i always see a long stretch of box cars all painted up , there is also one parked on 70 east (i dont know whats the deal with these trains , off the get buffed im sure ) . in denver (santa fe & i-25 ish ) the old rubber factory has a bunch of graff on it . also there are a few murals in my neighborhood (5-points ) id be willing to help out with security if you need it . like i said it might help . ill try to think of a few more places for you .
teh problem your gonna have is most graff on the street sucks , in order to get to the good stuff you really have to look and most places where your gonna find the good stuff is not car friendly. Your best bet is to look anywhere trains and highways intersect , bridges over rivers ect. the big one to remember is most places you will find graff requires a little trespassing , So be careful . Feel free to pm me for further graff info .

Cool graffiti,” isn’t that akin to “a beautiful fat girl,” or “a nice prison?"

If you find the back-drop / effect you’re looking for take a few cans of base color spray paint with you and when you’re done, paint over that ugly-ass garbage...errr...urban art. I hate that tacky, wannabe social-statement bull-shit…tasteless and devaluing.

While you’re at it, if you stumble across any of those little aspiring Monet’s and Picasso’s (ß aka “societal defects”) in the act, slice an Achilles or two before you call the day complete.

I know the liquor store at Colorado and Evans has some on the side but probably not much room to get a shot. There are also a few businesses on Alameda just west of I-25 with full sides.

Edit: You could also go down to Gates and see if security would let you go round back, there's some nice stuff back there

With the color of the Cobra, maybe you could do something like this.

I work all over the downtown dirstrict, and see the finest parts of the hood. There is some great graffiti just north of 3rd and Lipan. Probably some of the better work I have seen in town, and low risk of getting shot or shanked.
