    The gun rack got head.

    If it had been a marked unit used for prisoner transport there wouldn't have been a gun rack in the back and the Governor would have looked like a lot of other politicians taking perp ride.

    he was probably drunk. My sister has been to several anti-abortion and other religious deals where he happened to be for some reason. Each time she talked to him she said he smelled of an intoxicating beverage.
