Default Bought some ammo at Walmart and.....

Picked up a few boxes of federal 9mm FMJ and the guy throws it in a bag and that is that. The bags aren't the best so I ask the guy if I can get another bag and this is what he tells me......

"Well, if it was 45 I would of offered it to you myself, but its only 9mm"

    LOL!!

Nice change compared to the usual buying ammo at walmart experience.

I would have told him, "I still want two bags."

Very nice change, seems like nine times out of ten, I have to track someone down chatting it up in the electronics department, and they act as tho the ammunition is going to fire itself if they don't have an ewwww demeanor, while making strange noises and giving dirty looks. Now with that said, there are a couple guys that I catch every now and again who are really cool, one of them I've even BS'd with on multiple occasions and he's a shooter himself.

I would have said "your going to need a colostomy bag after I pull my foot out of your ass".

After having to chase someone down, I bought some ammo there the other day. Was paying in cash. Came to ??.01. He asked if I had a penny, and I said "nope, no change at all"
He reached in HIS pocket and pulled out the penny.

Not a biggie, just didn't expect that, at Walmart.

Walmart in Timnath now carries long guns, great prices to. Remington 700's for $439 and Ruger 10/22's wood stock for $197. Few other brands also, I almost passed out when I saw the new display. Hope you get several bags with a purchase of one of those...

I've never had a problem buying ammo at the Wal-Marts in Falcon or at Powers & Woodmen. They usually have pretty good guys who know their ammo and happy to serve the customers.
