so wait, ok this is confusing as hell. but from what I understand....we OWN the land but give boulder county free access to use it for research purposes. we also own the mineral and natural gas rights on that large portion of what I thought was just open space.


talk about a mind fuck. basically it is our land, but boulder county is allowed to do research and use it for other purposes.....as long as its not open to the public and they aren't drilling for oil or natural gas.
