Wow, ok. I thought this was a forum. I did not think it would really be this hard to just have a person answer a simple question for me. Yes I googled it, just was asking. Alot of you on here say to go to the forums to get to know people on this site. I have had about 12 great trades in the firearms for sale thread without a problem. Met some good people, that I talk to everyday. I come into this general thread to talk and get questions answered and I get treated like a third grader, and calles ignorant, you all cant just say ar15.com? I dont understand that. I was warned by the people I trade with that alot of you are this way. Just did not believe it. I guess I found out.
Shooting is a great family sport. There are new people coming into it everyday. Alot of them do not have all the answers. I fear that certain peoples attitudes could scare these people off from asking questions. This was supposed to be a friendly conversation.

Ill agree that some one talking to me about tactics and tactical equipment usually bores me to death . unless they start out with books and physical fitness and then i might be inclined to think that they know what they are talking about . Yes i believe true tactics and being tactical has nothing to do with the rail on your gun .

Exactly why you're being directed to answer the (off topic) question for yourself. Why you would take offense to this is beyond me. If anything it's a compliment that we're not spoon feeding you due to inability to fend for yourself. I would rather be taught to fish than given a fish. That's just me though.

There's more to forums than asking basic questions that can be just as easily typed into a Google search. If that's all you think this or any forum is for then your stating you are no longer posting won't be too much of a loss to the community.

and by the way... "ignorance is bliss" is not necessarily a slight, it means that you are somewhat blessed not to have had misfortune endure the chaos that is arfcom. It really is a train wreck.
