Default cheapest legal FA ar-15 conversion?

What is the cheapest, legal way to convert my ar-15 to full auto of select fire, and how much would be a reasonable estimate for price?

I would just bump fire. That only cost you the price of the ammo and gun.

That'd be pretty damn cheap too. Usually the host gun itself is relatively insignificant in cost without the registered FA parts.
