    sure. it could definitely happen here. the thing is though it would have to be a perfect storm for it to happen. the people in charge could definitely order it but our military soldiers would have to agree to shoot an unarmed person. that would be tough to convince the majority to do. but if the protestors were threatening the soldiers, then you might see a different reaction.
