    Default ccw/wyoming question

So you can have a handgun at 18 but not "buy" one until 21 right? Here you cant get a ccw until 21 right? What about wy residents in wy with the new law? I have relatives up their and I was just curious do they have to be 18 or 21 to carry?

I think one would have to read how exactly the new law is written. I am not for certain but I think the one we were trying pass still restricted people under 21 from concealing (not sure about that). But from what I read on here it seemed that it was almost identical to CCW law, just no requirement to have a CCW.

Again, I don't know what Wyoming's restrictions are.

You can't buy a handgun under 21 from an FFL. Private is okay here. I don't know about Wyoming, but the 21 thing is a Federal law. It is likely the same as here in Wyoming, but I'm not sure. If you go to www.opencarry.org, click on the link for one of the maps, then click on Wyoming, and it will take you to a page full of links of places like our RMGO that has info on local laws.
