While I'm not that old, I do remember getting spanked at school when I was younger while I lived in georga... That didn't help me much. I think Peppered sprayed in the face is a good lesson for this kid.

pepper spraying a little kid with a stick was pretty stupid.

but had one officer just grabbed the kid by the scruff of the neck and given him a good hiding (like they should have done) people would still be upset about it, especially the mom.

no mention of a father. bet that lady is single for a reason.

I remember in grade school, during one of my many sojourns in the office there was a kid that was a known problem child that threw a fit.

screaming, writhing, spitting, throwing things, little guy was going apeshit.

the gym teacher (big guy) came in, scooped the kid up onto the counter, wrapped his arms around the kids legs and shoulders and held him immobilized for about three minutes.

kid stopped fighting pretty quick when he realized it was futile.
