The long range precision rifle match is on for Saturday November 24th. Two matches one at 9:00 and the other at Noon. Please RSVP to jessdussart@gmail.com if you want to shoot the morning match. Weather Underground says clear with a high of 66 and winds less than 5 MPH. Hope you all have a wonderful holiday and we'll see you Saturday!!

Would one of you CRC members who will be attending the match be willing to get me and a friend on another range to get him a quick zero? He's coming in from out of town, will be shooting one of my rifles, and will basically be stepping right off the plane and going to the match.

We will be shooting the noon match, but could be there any time that is convenient.

If you are shooting the match I think its not problem to use the schutzen range to site in.Its under construction but the site says its ok to use as long as no one is working on it(construction crew). Its only 200 yds though. The high power(1000yd) is ok also.No events are scheduled but its first come first serve. You must shoot at the distance they are at.Im shooting the 9am match.Ask for Barry when you get there if no one eles helps you out.

Cool, thanks. We only need 100 yards, so that should be fine.

All, Thank you for the great turn-out and help setting up/tearing down, we wouldn't do it without the help. It's great to see the juniors and more ladies shooting. Remember, juniors are free and we will come up with a family discount. We love to see the families shooting together!

The scores are below. Steve M. put on a clinic. He won both matches, cleaning two stages in the a.m. and one in the p.m. match. I believe 460 ties or is the new high score.

We will no longer allow new shooters who missed the safety briefing to start late. Please be to the match at least 15 minutes before the start time to get your gear ready and attend the safety briefing. Thank you.

AS always a really good show. Many thanks to Jessie and RJ for a ton of hard work and lots of time. SteveM. put on a clinic, good shooting Steve. Maybe next month a really good shooter will remember to bring his rifle. All good stuff!!!!

    All,

We are, regretfully, cancelling the match this Saturday. The whole family has the flu, the low is suppose to be 20, it is a holiday weekend, the world is ending tomorrow, etc, etc.

Thank you all for the support the past two years, time goes quickly.

We'll pick it up again in January, weather permitting.

    Merry Christmas,
    RJ

We'll send out an email requesting RSVPs tomorrow, and we'll make a final decision on the match near the middle of the week when we have a better feel of the weather forecast.
