A definite must! I remember taking my boys to the flea market and being thrown up on by my youngest when he was 6 mos. - NOT a pretty smell!!!

Diapers, Bladders and Babies in general leak...

and Yes, rancid partially digested baby formula with gastric acid is a nasty smell.

it doesn't have to be a nice shirt. (I Keep an older T-Shirt)
Clean is key here.
This is also where the baby wipes come in. You CAN Bathe with baby wipes.

Decided to go with the jumbo versipack. Now just debating color, ACU, black or khaki-foliage. Probably add some pink clothes and some misc accessories.
