Picture labels

Would those of you posting pictures please put a brief explanation with them? Stating what it is would be helpful for those of us who don't know. Adding when and where it was taken would also be a courtesy.

Sort of. I have been looking at pictures on various threads throughout the forums here recently and it's like 'Gee, that's nice. What is it?". Sometimes it's just a cool picture that would be nice to have more info about.

I posted it in this forum because it's happening on several different forums here.
