It is a S&G. It has the same change key hole that a 6720 3-wheel would take, but I forgot the paper that I wrote down the model number of the lock at home. You are right, I mean the change index indicator is there. I am so used to them being there that I didn't ask them "hey, what is that for?", because I already knew. I wonder what his answer would have been.
Also I am now wondering why a change key never came with the lock? Did it get intercepted at the factory? Or was it taken out of the documentation at the showroom, or do they not come with that particular series of lock as standard. Perhaps I may call and act like a dumb customer to see what they say.
I may just get one of these with all the different brand locks we have at work. LOL.
