Only two local guys own this Retailer. Drew Helped me out, seemed very knowledgeable and overall a down-to-earth guy.

My safe gets delivered on the 4th so I'll update my post with feedback. Him and his other guy are going to come out and deliver it themselves.

    I got this one (V-35):

$1999 plus tax. Not bad I guess.

They could not deliver Saturday because of the weather, I'd rather my new safe didn't get all slushy anyway. We'll try again on Wednesday.

They delivered my purchase today, Just as I expected they are very nice and I got exactly what I wanted and they were very professional while delivering. They also don't leave until all of the aspects of the locking mechanisms and everything are demonstrated and practiced several times by you.

Look what Colorado Safe Outlet dropped off today?

Now all you gotta do is recover all those lost guns on the bottom of the lake. Looking good!

    Yeah I forgot about those!

They didn't tell me that I could change the combo or give me a change key, but I am very familiar with these locks and that is the first order of business. after I get a change key or borrow one from work. They probably don't tell the average person that they can change it just in case someone forgets the combo, they can always call the factory to get the combo.

What brand lock....I probably have a change key I could send you. Also, any safe delivery company should tell their customer how to change the combo.

It is a S&G. It has the same change key hole that a 6720 3-wheel would take, but I forgot the paper that I wrote down the model number of the lock at home. You are right, I mean the change index indicator is there. I am so used to them being there that I didn't ask them "hey, what is that for?", because I already knew. I wonder what his answer would have been.

Also I am now wondering why a change key never came with the lock? Did it get intercepted at the factory? Or was it taken out of the documentation at the showroom, or do they not come with that particular series of lock as standard. Perhaps I may call and act like a dumb customer to see what they say.

I may just get one of these with all the different brand locks we have at work. LOL.
