    Default CCW at Coors Field?

Any one ever had an issue with CCWing at Coors field? I can not remember if they have permanent metal detectors at any of their entrances.

I do remember the occasional patdown from the ticket folks at Mile High before a Bronco game.

Anyone CCW there? I hate being downtown without a way to protect myself.

My Dad and I are thinking of going to a game next week with my youngest and my Sister's youngest and get rock pile seats or something cheap since the kids wont be that into the game.

It's against the rules according to their web site. I have never carried there but they do not have metal detectors. I'm sure you could carry there if you wanted.

As you now thier rules do not holdup in court and is only an issue if I refuse when asked to leave if they find out etc etc etc.

Did you leave them both, or bring back the pistol and go in? And since they had already checked you, did they re-check you or just let you in?

Coors Field area is far from the worst part of Denver, and during the afternoon with tens of thousands of citizens and uniformed policemen everywhere you'll be reasonably safe from the bad guys.

Now, if you are walking by yourself a few blocks from there after the pubs close on a Friday or Saturday night, that's another story.
