    Default Going to Nevada

I am going to visit Nevada and it made me thinking...
I see Utah and Arizone honor CO CCW permit but Nevada does not.
DO I need to keep all firearms in car trunk, can I keep firearm inside passenger compartment or what ?

Thanks in advance for any knowledge !

Go to www.opencarry.org, click on the map for the state, and they will probably have links to local sites that can provide you with more specific information. Can you please post up the link you used to check reciprocity? I need to bookmark it. Thanks and good luck.

where CCW receprocity is not honored, your vehicle is emminent domain. allowing you to transport a weapon. I'd keep the mag seperate from the firearm, but within easy reach.

Here is a great map that builds itself based on your state residence.

In Nebraska a few years ago they made me disassemble my handgun and store it in the trunk. As far as Nevada it depends a lot on the county. If your going to Vegas I would call them, I lived there 5 years and they are funny, and not funny ha ha. Dont mess around in Utah, they will beat you down along the highway they dont play. But ya definitley get the info on the county before you go. I always call the local sherrifs office before traveling.

I am also traveling to Las Vegas by car. From what I understand I can carry concealed up to the state line, then I must either have the firearm in plain sight or locked in the truck of the car. I have a portable safe that I'll bring and the hotel we're in has an in-room safe as well.

Anything else I should know or that I'm missing?

    Thanks for your help
