I bought a bunch of kits years ago and finally got started at a build party in December. I've gradually got most of the tools. I now have 3 kits moving, one AMD-65 and two Romy G's. I have NDS receivers for all of them and sight rails on the Romy's.
It has been a learning experience. Saying learning makes me feel less dumb. Lots of broken drill bits and wasting time undoing things. I do have all tools needed, except headspace gauges. I'd like to press my first barrel in with somebody who has done it before.
If you follow the AK boards you might seen some discussion of Swedish pine tar and mixed shellac. The Romy's were finished that way. I'd be happy to share some. I have enough pine tar for lots of kits and quite a bit of shellac.
I've replaced the gas pistons and have Tapco FCG's, double hook for the Romy's and single hook for the AMD-65. I have USA slant brakes for the Romy's and an AK Builder muzzle brake to make the AMD-65 legal, not an SBR. I do have an oxy torch but haven't lit it in ages and would be afraid of wrecking the barrel if is silver soldered it myself. Maybe BP Tactical should do it. My workroom is small but I host a few people or travel. I used KG Gun Kote AK black on the receivers and made a total mess my first time and now it is just a poor job. I'll get better. I wish I had done the Romy barrels. They looked good before and are weak next to the receivers.

anyway, do you just want to borrow my tools again or do you want to get together and build soon?
