Aside from everything else, go talk with your fiancee. Yelling at the other driver is a good way to escalate a problem. If she can't control herself, she's likely to get YOU into a situation.
Ive had a similar incident, while the driver didn't throw anything at me, he did give me the finger. This guy was driving hammered in a 70s truck, and was ALL over the road, this was up between Georgetown and the tunnel and it was snowing he would drift from the right hand lane all the way across to the other shoulder then swerve back into the right lane. I tried to pass him and he narrowly missed me and gave me the finger as I hit the brakes to get out of the way. I called the CSP and they wanted me to come in and fill out all this paperwork in georgetown, I gave them a fill description of the driver and truck, and as soon as I hung up the phone he floored it and got off at the next exit like he had a scanner or something. But that guy was the biggest idiot Ive seen on the road.
Bout 100 years ago this happened we beat the drivers ass (we lived in a very rural county no cell phones or even pay phones think they still had telegraph).
Then a few years later with the invention of the cell phone, happened with me and the wife, well I matured and called the proper authorities, come to find out he had no license and was wanted on some other charges.

We definitely talked about it. I mentioned the exact same thing, and we both agreed that it was just about the most stupid thing she could have done. She could have been the one hit with the bottle directly, and that certainly wouldn't be cool.Originally Posted by vim

Heh, back in 1980 when I was skydiving, there were three young guys in the club that were all good buddies. One of them had recently joined the Oklahoma City Police Dept. and was off trainee status, or whatever it's called, and was out on his own, driving his own patrol car, all proud and shit.
The other two guys, Mike and Tim, were cruising around one night and saw Officer Danny at a stoplight, but he didn't notice them, so they tossed an empty beer can on the hood of his cop car. They said the look on his face was priceless!
You don't need a permit to carry in your car. If you start carrying though, you have to switch things up and do everything you can to stay OUT of trouble. Not saying you caused it.
