is there a group of people interested in buying these i have a way of getting my hands on some at a $110ish price point if i can get 8 to 10 buyers.

My Wave has worked perfectly fine for all of my gun related stuff. Couldn't see dropping that much for the MUT. I bet you can pick up replacement parts for it and just throw the ones you like on whichever leatherman you currently have though...
