This is a classic make my day case. The guy's only problem here is the handgun registration, which is total bullshit.

I may have missed it but I thought the house he was in was under construction?

Not quite as long ago I asked someone knowledgeable here about the warning you sometimes hear over the scanner about weapons known to be at a location, and that info was because of prior police activity IN some evil database.

fixed it for you...

not trying to start something, just as an IT geek, it struck me that it's all data... how it's gathered is what makes it evil or not.
if prior tenants of your residence had the cops out and the property was flagged as having weapons, and then you move in- is it evil yet?
