Could we counter-sue the Mexican Government for their lack of responsibility in controlling their border and allowing the drug cartels to come here and kill US citizens?

What we should do is get some construction companies down to the border to build the wall/fences higher and bigger. The funny thing is a lot of the employees would be illegals so when they're finished we can thank them for their 'hard' work and deport their asses
