I need someone to serve a 3 day pay or vacate notice on one of my rental units located on Mississippi and Chamber rd in Aurora. I can email or fax you the notice, you must present the print out to the renter or upon failed attempt to locate her at the property, post it on an obvious location/front door. Take two pictures of it as a proof (close up and few step back to show the property front door.)

PM me w/ your price, needs this done tonight or tomorrow at the latest. I have two other renters who are flaky and they are in the same area - can use you in near future.
